Salesman Melvyn was very knowledgeable and very patient as I tried to decide, I was torn between two mattress’s and he was extremely encouraging that it didn’t matter how long it took I had to be 100% sure that I was happy with my choice. He has the patience of a saint. Excellent customer service.
