I was taken to the mattresses to try. There was no pressure to buy. Omar did his best to find a bed of comfort and affordable price.

The sales assistant wasn't pushy and listened to what we wanted and found us a bed/mattress combination that fit our budget

We were served by Mervyn who was excellent. He listened to what we said and was helped us to find us the perfect bed and mattress within a very short time. We were not expecting it to be so easy. He then sorted the order with no problems at all, arranging delivery for less than 2 weeks which was perfect timing for us. He was not pushy at all and we do not feel we were made to purchase anything that we didn’t want/need which is very rare these days.
