Omar who served us was fantastic. He helped us choose the bed and mattress that was right for us, not just the most expensive.

As soon as we walked in Omar was warm and welcoming, made us felt at ease and comfortable, he ensured he would find us the best mattress we were looking for and went through all the options. He offered us tea or coffee and even a biscuit! Would definitely recommend visiting Dreams again... just to see Omar!!

We were very happy with the advice and professionalism. Jason who served us was very helpful giving advice on various options and differences in products available. Although delivery is slightly longer than expected we are pleased that delivery is to the room required and that an old bed can be disposed of. This is a valuable added value service. Overall very pleased. We have shopped at Dreams in the past and have been very pleased with previous purchases.
