Very friendly knowledgeable staff who took the time to listen and discuss any product we were interested in.

We visited the store to look at a bedframe we saw online and to ask about what mattress to order with it. The gentleman that come over to ask if we needed help was so so helpful. He spent a good part of an hour with us discussing everything and telling us about the different types of mattresses and the pros and cons. Not once did we feel pressured into buying or trying to make us spend more on the more expensive things.. Made me feel very comfortable. We used the special dreams bed what helps find the perfect mattress just to double-check that everything we discussed was right and the bed predicted exactly the same thing as the guy said; he really knew his stuff! and seemed so passionate to help! He was called Melvyn and ive been to many Dreams stores now (bought multiple beds) and he has by far been the best customer service of any bed and sofa store ive been to! Thats saying something!

Really competent staff, offered a drink and really knowledgeable. David was a pleasure to deal with and ensured the products we purchased were right for our needs

Was looking for a particular bed, other options advised by colleagues which were really good. Assistant was very helpful, not rushing gave us plenty of time and offered alternative. Delivery dates on mattress we wanted and the bed didn’t coincide so had to choose alternate. Would have liked the original choices to be available
