Jason, the salesman was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was not at all pushy and enabled my husband and I to make an informed choice about which bed we wished to buy.

The advisor in store was so helpful. He made us feel at ease straightaway and gave us chance to explain exactly what we were looking for. He assisted throughout our visit. He was knowledgeable and gave us great advice.

Omar was a brilliant representative for Dreams. He was professional and friendly and did not pressure me to purchase. Omar suggested I use the Dreams Sleepmatch machine, which was really useful and good fun. All in all, it made buying a bed quite a nice way to spend 3/4 hour rather than being a real chore. The bed machine that let's you know what type of bed is best suited to you is very good as I had no idea what type I needed. Also Omar was very helpful in helping me pick which was mattress was best for me.
