From Entering the store we were made to feel welcome but not jumped upon. We were given time to look around and then we felt we could approach a member of staff. They were very professional and knowledgeable about the products we needed and this then contributed to the purchase we made

Omar was friendly/approachable and professional. I had confidence with what he was advising us on during the hour that we were in store. We were impressed with the evaluation bed that predicted what firmness we required based on our bodies/weight/aches and pains etc. Omar also offered a coffee which was welcome as we tried at least 6/7 different mattresses (some of them twice!) and spent time deliberating which we felt we were best supported on. Omar was very patient with us! Eventually we made our choice and did not feel any pressure - the whole experience was a positive one and the showroom was well stocked with options. I do hope that our chosen mattress lives up to our expectations (if it doesn't, we have the option to change it).
