Omar, the person who looked after our needs was very patient with us. Buying a bed is not an easy process but he explained all of the pros and cons of products but encouraged us to try various beds for comfort. He had a good sense of humour who did not pressurise us at all. Excellent experience.

I had tried to order the bed frame online and for some reason a problem kept occurring during the payment process. The next day I went to the store and was greeted by a lovely fellow. I explained the situation and he showed me the bed in store which was great as I got to see it before buying. He understood all my needs and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t want which I really appreciated. Will definitely go back to the Wakefield branch if I am in need of any other bed related products.

Jason was fantastic. Went in just to look, but after his friendly advise and assistance ended up ordering a mattress. Felt like a valued customer and he couldn't do enough for us.

Jason approached me and my son and was very friendly, professional and couldn't have done anymore for us. My son laid on the bed machine to see what type of mattress etc would best fit his needs. Jason pointed out in the store all the mattresses that suited him, gave him a pillow and asked him try them out. My son went on all to eliminate what he didn't like so he was able to choose the right one and bed base and headboard. Excellent service couldn't have asked for anything better.

Staff were very friendly, quick and efficient to process my order. Delivery arranged promptly to process my order.

Very clean showroom, very helpful staff, a good range of products, price not too bad as I have not bought a mattress for a few years. Very satisfied customer, hope the product is as good when it arrives next week.
