It was just such a positive experience. The colleagues were so friendly and funny. And over all we were so impressed with how they spoke and advised us, in no way pushy or uncomfortable. 10/10 for the Wakefield store.

The assistant was really friendly and made us feel at ease. Finding the product was quick following the mattress test we were offered and the full experience was smooth.

We tried the dreams bed machine and it gave us the best mattresses to try our assistance was very helpful finding and helping us find the right one. Wakefield store.

Our sales advisor was really helpful and knowledgeable didn't try to up sell really friendly explained everything in detail without jargon.

Very helpful assistant let me try different mattresses and explained the difference between the ones I tried . Did not pressure me at all into placing an order with the store. I had the impression that Dreams were more expensive than some other stores but by comparing quality and price found them not to be so .

Staff knowledge and friendliness. I am in a wheelchair and was very helpful when placing order too. Said the delivery team would set it all up as well. Also taking old mattress away.
