In retail it is always a fine line between the pushy sales assistant and providing genuine help and support for customers. This store in Wakefield has it completely worked out, it was a genuine pleasure to spend sometime in the store with help and guidance on what we actually needed rather than what they could sell us. We left feeling genuinely pleased we had bought the right item for us and had the information needed to make an informed decision not a sale based on price or pressure. Will use again in future

The two members of staff that looked after us were very professional and knowledgable on the products we were looking for, they listened to our requirements and questions and led us through the products that they thought best meet our needs, we were very happy with with their attention to detail.

The sales assistant was not very pushy and gave us ample time to make the decision we wanted to make

Melvyn was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and yet managed to give us the necessary time and space to make a decision about buying without being pushy! There was a good selection of beds and mattresses without there being too many.

Dreams should be proud of the fact that they have sales staff such as Omar at Wakefield. Very professional and nothing was too much trouble. He advised which mattress would suit us best and spent time talking us through the various options. He was just about to tuck into his KFC when we arrived, but despite this he didn't once try to rush us out of the store, quite the opposite. It's rare to come across sales staff such as Omar, he was excellent! We came out of Dreams, 2 very satisfied customers and wouldn't hesitate to recommend your store!

Easy to understand the options available

The chap serving us was lovely. It was late on sunday and none off the staff made us feel rushed.
