Staff very friendly and polite. They didn't rush me into making a descion and they helped me out with chosing both a bed and a matress. They gave me all the adequate measurements so that I could go away and measure up before I commited to buying. The delivery time is very quick as well (within a week). The staff also explained to me about extended warrenties, bed disposal and assembling of my new bed. I will definitely choose Dreams again. A very big thankyou to David at the Wakefield store.

we were very impressed we were allowed to look around with on sales pressure until we requested assistance. The staff were very helpful and allowed us to use the bed assistance machine to decide which mattress would be more suitable for my wife and i, then showed us the bed basis and headboard the member of staff was very pleasant throughout the whole process.

The sales person Melvin was polite and knowledgable and did not push us to buy ..

We only went to the store because the website would not accept an order but once there we were dealt with quickly and efficiently and delivery was set for within a week.

Product knowledge to meet needs

Jason the store manager was great explaining everything we needed and what was best for us and the price we paid was great . We was not even planning on buying a bed today just browsing but walked away very happy about our purchase and the cost .

Jason, the Sales assistant was more that helpful, he fully explained the options that were available.

We found a mattress we both liked, the recommendation of a bed frame rather than a headboard suited our requirements better and all our requirements were satisfied quickly and efficiently. Ordering was very easy with no fuss or jargon.

Melvin and Jason were very friendly and helpfull. We were shown different options which guided us to make our choices, a really nice experience shopping in your store!
