Jason who looked after us had great knowledge and gave us different options to look at. The bed was for my daughter who has back,neck and sweating problems and she went on the sleep match which was brilliant and gave a good selection for her to try out and also suggested the temper pillow for her condition.

The salesman was not pushy he explained the different mattresses to us. We even left the store to think things over and he didn't try to convince us to stay and buy immediately. We returned and all in all we spent about 2 hours in the store. a pleasant shopping experience was had.

My husband and myself visited dreams on Easter Monday we were looking for a new bed with a firm mattress l asked which mattress was firm he straight away took us to where they we're he explained about how many springs were in them explained about the bases asked me how many draws l needed he showed us the ones that had two draws l didn't like the colour of the one we wanted he then took us over to see the other colours we could have we chose one, on deciding which base and mattress we wanted he took us over to the desk to place our order we were offered a coffee while he placed our order which was quick. All in all we had great service, enjoyable experience we will definitely recommend breams, as the service was excellent, friendly staff and no hard sell.

Really helpful and quick

The member of sales staff, Mel, had knowledge of all products that we were looking at and could differentiate between products and identify what was for our specific needs and requirements. Mel was not a pushy salesman either and was happy for us to call back anytime, which we didn't need to, as we purchased our matress that day instead. Part of this was due to Mel's polite sales mannerism.

We were warmly greeted by Jason who helped us to understand that Dreams are able to help me and my partner find a bed that suits both of our comfort needs. We were asked if we would like to use the Sleep Match machine. Jason made us feel very welcome by making us a drink while we had our Sleep Match report done. After talking through our report with Jason we realised how important it was that we came into the Dreams store today. I was majorly impressed with how much he took into consideration the needs of my partner who has multiple back issues through scoliosis. He found just the right pillow for her and one for myself to take around whilst we tried out the mattresses. Through the process Jason was very attentive but gave us space to choose what we wanted too when it came down to choosing the bed design that we wanted. He also helped me to understand why the height of the bed is important. Thanks Jason for being so helpful and even helping us take our purchases to the car. Great service and overall experience.

The manager on duty was extremely polite and knowlegable and made mine and my partners needs his complete attention.
