Very satisfied with my recent visit to Dreams. Jason was very helpful and even offered us a brew! He gave us a couple of minutes to look around first before approaching us which I also liked and actually prefer instead of getting hassled as soon as you walk through the door!

The gentleman (David ) that dealt with initially me and my wife on Sunday and then with me on the 10th April, was absolutely exceptional in his manner , his understanding of what we wanted and then the advice that he gave to us. His manner was open , friendly, and professional. We may not have been the first customers he dealt with that day but just his smile and willingness to help us choose the right product was so welcome. We couldnt make a decision on the first visit as I didnt know the exact dimensions of the bed we needed, but he gave me measurements of which ones we were keen on so that I could decide once i got home which was suitable. His manner when I went back to purchase was open welcoming, he knew me and what we had talked about, and then took me slowly through the purchasing process so that I was absolutely clear on what I was buying.

Very friendly and helpful staff helped us find the mattress we needed with the aid of the machine and computer it was brilliant and very pleased with the experience cant wait for our bed to come

Jason spent a lot of time explaining a if the different products to us & allowed us to try them out. The mattress machine was excellent & helped us to find the right one for us. We were offered a cup of tea which was a nice touch as it didn't make you feel rushed or pressurised.

David, the assistant, was very helpful and friendly. He encouraged us to try a selection of mattresses that may be suitable for our stated requirements. David encouraged us to use the bed selector and this helped us to confirm our preferred mattress.
