The customer service was exceptional. Jason took time to understand our requirements, he took us to the mattress machine and then took us to try out various mattresses. We were very pleased with the service.

I wanted to purchase a single bed for my spare bedroom. I was offered good advice and a couple of options. Within 20 minutes delivery date was sorted for when I wanted and it was all ordered.

We were served by Melvyn at your Wakefield store - he was great; professional, personable - offered and made us both a coffee. Talked us through the different options. Listened to us squabble about mattress firmness. Spent an hour with us as we chose our bed and mattress combo - we had been to several other bed stores and this was by far the pleasantest experience - we didn't feel pressured, just helped when needed. We returned the next day to pay the balance and Melvyn wasn't there but his colleague remembered us and was equally pleasant we we asked to change the colour of the bed base we had chosen, this wasn't a problem and was sorted in a jiffy. This is an excellent store because your staff are happy to be there.

Justin spent a full hour with us discussing our needs and using the sleep match machine to find our new mattress. He was very informative, friendly and helpful and we are really pleased with our choice. We were also really pleased that our mattress is being delivered within 1 week of ordering it.
