Dreams - Walton on Thames

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store, asked what we required then shown what we wanted taken upstairs to see the product on display, taken back downstairs were we offered a drink and a seat, payment was made, product was put into our car and away we went, great service offered by all members of staff.

Our Dreams representative Shahid and his manager Prakash at Walton on Thames store were very courteous, professional and helpful. We were very happy with their service and felt that they were happy to go the extra mile with a bright smile (though we couldn’t see that as they were wearing a mask - following all Covid guidelines)

The store colleague who assisted me (Chris from Walton branch) was lovely - he understood exactly what I was looking for and also helped me with the Sleepmatch and offered a couple of different pillows which I think I will buy now too. He was very aware of the social distance measures and his knowledge of all of the options was impressive. It was a very warm day too and he offered me drinks throughout which was a lovely addition. Thank you very much Chris!

Mr Shahid sales assistant was very polite and helpful and explained me vary well about the product .

Went on the machine that measures what mattress is best suited for me, I understand why you do this as it looks good to potential customers ,but having this machine front and centre of the main windows did make me feel a little self conscious, considering I was already feeling a bit daft going around laying on different mattresses. Maybe moving it so the customers don't feel so on show would be good.

we were served by Christopher whose help and knowledge made it very easy to achieve the purchase. We were only looking for a spare bedroom bed that would not be used much and Christopher guided us well to make it quick and cost effective.

We were immediately offered friendly help with our selection, assistance trying out various beds and options on alternatives. I would definitely use the company again.

Good helpful staff, we asked for what we wanted and they did they upmost to satisfy our wants. We wanted two beds and a decent mattress and we found what we wanted. Also we had a go at the mattress testing device which was interesting. So a good experience and all the bed shopping done in a single visit.

We were served by Chris, he had great product knowledge, helped us select the right mattress quickly and efficiently, although without feeling rushed. The whole buying process was quite enjoyable, despite handing over a fairly reasonable sum of money at the end!
