We received a first class service from the second we opened the door at your Walton On Thames store by your colleague Saleem. A true gentleman from start to finish, didn't rush us, followed all rules of social distancing, cleaning keyboard, mouse, chair before sitting in to finalise the order and even cleaned our cards before handing back. Offering us a drink twice, once after we had been on the amazing bed that lets you know the right mattress for you both and again while we were sat down placing the order. Very professional, thank you Saleem, would recommend to all our friends, family and colleagues.

I have been sleeping on the floor of my new home as the original bed and mattress I ordered the company did not deliver on time and and when they did deliver I was at work. I was determined to get a bed and mattress! Thank you Sahid and Prakash at Dreams Walton on Thames store ! The person in the store helping me was very knowledgeable and very supportive. He was very friendly and he gave me enough time to decide on the best product for me. I came towards the closing time and I didn't feel rushed to make my decision. Chris from the Walton upon Thames branch has been great and I am definitely going back to him if I need any other products.
