Chris enabled us to take structured approach to finding the right mattress and base and was highly knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy and gave us space to discuss our choice of mattress and bed frame. The safety arrangements were clearly evident. The other staff were also very friendly.

i made an appointment on line so I knew that I would be able to see someone. Saleem was very knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable. I was really impressed as we were buying a bed for my 11 year old daughter and Saleem spoke directly to her and made her feel very much part of the process
