Your assistant who spoke to me and advised me during my telephone enquiry was excellent in her knowledge of the mattresses which you have available.... She helped and assisted me very much.... The only slight disappointment which I experienced was the 12 day waiting time for the delivery of my beautiful new mattress.... But this was made up by the fact that your delivery service arrived with my mattress in excellent time on the delivery date plus the excellent quality of the mattress which I received....
