Repeat customer, this time for my son - having had a very poor experience with a competitor's product. Assistant used the mattress diagnostic facility to ensure my son was offered the appropriate selection of mattress. She was very knowledgeable on all the options in the store, very professional and personable. Service was fast and efficient. I look forward to delivery in a couple of days - again very well organised and professional set up. Thank you

The selection on offer was very good and Ioana was very helpful, informative and was able to find and direct me to a mattress I know I will be very happy for the years to come. Her pleasant, friendly and professional approach was 'comforting'.
