All the staff wre competent and friendly. The range of beds was impressive and we were impressed with the mattress selection machine. Returning the next day to order the bed, we had to wait quite a while for the original salesperson to be free to complete our order. Both the lady that took our order and the manager of the store were especially friendly and made it a real pleasurable experience.
