I was highly impressed on my visit to the Dreams Watford store, and in particular with the customer service supplied by staff Callum and store manager Mustafa. On arrival we were warmly greeted, offered a bottle of water, and politely asked to sanitise our hands. Then we were asked our customer needs, what we were looking to achieve that day and customer preferences in detail and if there were any specific requests in which I have disc problems in my back so this was vitally important, before being shown to the mattress tester. After using the mattress tester we were then shown 4 different mattresses that would suit our needs based on the results of the test, and to work out what was most comfortable. Each stage we were asked what our thoughts were and then Callum expertly stated the technical side of each mattress helping us make our decision on which to purchase. Mustafa the store manager asked how our visit had gone and if we had any questions and if there was anything else they could help with. Then we sat down to purchase, asked when a delivery time would be most suitable in the next couple of weeks and then we were upsold cover and a mattress protector. Enjoyable experience!
