Upon completion of our assessment, We were passed seemlessly to “Amir”,who was most excellent/helpful & explained all the options regarding our new mattress & movable divan. I have to state that I was facing the whole process with some trepidation, however “Amir” & his collegue “Mustapha” were consumate Sales Men & I would wholeheartedly recommend Your store/services to anyone requiring a bed/bedding!

Salesman Callum was very friendly, but not pushy and asked questions about our requirements in order to advise suitable options for us. Also, was very knowledgeable and it was a nice touch to offer a cup of tea. We were not felt rushed to make a purchase and gave undivided attention for over an hour.

Caroline was highly knowledgable about the products. She was approachable and friendly. Knew immediately what we were looking for just by listening to us.
