Upon entering the store, the PPE facilities were of a high standard, offering of gloves goes above and beyond other stores. Callum greeted us from the start, was friendly and informative without being pushy - which was a breath of fresh air. The sleep match service was impressive and we were pleased it mirrored what we thought we were looking for. All of this was complimented by Callum, as he listened and gave us the space to try the matresses without imposing himself. Callum came across very personable as he clearly knows the products and the small talk felt genuine, which was a nice touch. Due to Callum's advice, we took the extended warranty as well the most expensive pillows we've ever purchased. We had already decided to buy the matress but wanted to check other bed frames at other nearby stores - this was welcomed by Callum who was very understanding with no hard sales push, we returned within 20 minutes to buy a new bed frame along with the matress. Well done Callum - our first experience with this specific store and once we'll be sharing with others. Thanks again
