Both the manager and Alex were very welcoming they took the time and explained each product to me and my sisters as we were buying a bed for my mum. Excellent customer service the only thing that was bit of a let down was the availability of the bed. The delivery date is 14 September. Apart from that very very happy with the service and cleanliness of the store. This isnt the first time I have brought my beds from Dreams I am an existing ever returning customer. Thank you
