Dreams - Watford

Callum at your Watford Store assisted us, giving details of various products and explained how the system worked after ordering and on delivery day. He was very friendly - it was a Sunday, we were early so he made us coffee. We were most fortunate to be served by him. The next day I had a telephone chat with Emma Fitzwater, in Customer Service at Dreams in High Wycombe, regarding purchase of a mattress protector. She too was exceedingly helpful and phoned back the following day after speaking to the Suppliers. Excellent service from her too.

Customer service was fantastic also quick with the recommendations for the correct beds very satisfactory in dealing with the team will be back for my next bed

Francesco was very helpful in finding what we needed. No pressure to buy and gave us time to decide while providing valuable options.

I don't know what to say that I ordered a mattress yesterday

Colleague Fran was extremely Knowledgeable. Helped us pick the right mattress using the sleep aid machine.

The assistant seemed very well informed. Very helpful and was able to answer all my questions and there was no pressure to purchase.

Had exactly what i needed at a reasonable price. I did go to other retaillers but they did not tick that box
