Dreams - Watford

We visited Dreams Watford on Tuesday 28th July with our 7 year old and newborn to purchase a new bed. It was the first shop we visited since lockdown and were slightly anxious but were instantly put at ease. On entry there was a hand sanitising station & a jolly man with a face guard approached to offer his help. He led us to the sleep match technology machine. We were given our own sanitised pillows & were recommended 4 mattresses. Our salesman was Callum, he was very knowledgeable and knew straight away which mattresses we needed to try which we did. We told him our requirements for the base & headboard, I had my heart set on navy blue to match our bedroom décor. Callum took us straight to the bed I had pictured in my mind. We went to the sales desk where we were offered some water. All staff wore masks adhering to the new covid guidelines, & Callum priced up the bed for us. He explained the warranty’s & the insurance cover & fully explained what we were covered for. Callum explained when the delivery date would be & also confirmed in detail the process for our old bed to be taken away. We were extremely satisfied with our visit and purchase and would highly recommend.

It was a great experience - the diagnostic bed gave me more confidence in the salesman and that I was receiving the best for me and not just a sales pitch.

We’ve never been here, but the staff in Watford branch is spectacular. The GM of the store and Joanna was superb, helping us out with our new bed as we are renovating our flat at the moment. The store wasn’t busy, so they took the time for us and even gave us a set of pillows as ‘housewarming gift’. Really happy with the level of costumer service and you should be proud of the team that is hired there. Also a few days before we had a look in the store without buying anything and a Romanian girl ( don’t know her name) was giving us lots of advice to choose the right bed. Thanks for the watford branch and good luck in the future!
