All day we had been mattress shopping in various stores, no workers in any other store had approached us at all. We walked into Dreams, were immediately greeted and a plethora of PPE was available, as well as water. Workers were friendly, interactive and immediately saw to our needs! It can't be easy working under such circumstances, but they are all great at their job and gave us amazing customer service from start to end!

I was highly satisfied with the customer service and dedication to finding the correct products for me regardless of price. The service is tailored to the customer needs and customer service is second to none. I was served and handled with care and utmost professionalism in the Watford store by Callum, who went above and beyond his duties to ensure I had everything that I needed. Everyone in store was friendly and abided by the COVID-19 regulations to a high standard. I felt safe and taken care of and I was not rushed and was encouraged to take my time. Overall, super happy with my purchases and I cannot wait to receive them in my new home. Thank you.
