All staff were friendly and helpful, the store was well presented, Alexandra the sales assistant Answered all my questions and queries perfectly. Overall a very relaxed and enjoyable shopping experience:)

I was impressed on how Callum, the sales representative help me find my next bed. Not only he helped me uncover what type of mattress was needed but his friendliness and knowledge ease my hesitation in buying a bed and mattress in Dreams. He was very patient with us.

I went out in the afternoon in search of a new bed. Dreams was the first store I attended and I was very much welcomed with a smile by the charming salesman Callum. He advised me of the PPE equipment that was to be used and offered me a bottle of Water. I had seen a bed on line that I quite liked and there it was at the front of the store. Callum was fantastic and showed me everything about the bed and advised the different types of mattress that were on offer. I didn't need to browse the store too much as I new in my head what I was looking for. Callum really put my mind at ease and I ended up purchasing the bed and mattress there and then so there was no need to go look in any further stores. Delivery slots were brilliant too. I can not wait for my new bed to arrive. I will definitely be sending my brother to dreams as he is looking at purchasing a new bed very soon too.
