Dreams - Watford

I went out in the afternoon in search of a new bed. Dreams was the first store I attended and I was very much welcomed with a smile by the charming salesman Callum. He advised me of the PPE equipment that was to be used and offered me a bottle of Water. I had seen a bed on line that I quite liked and there it was at the front of the store. Callum was fantastic and showed me everything about the bed and advised the different types of mattress that were on offer. I didn't need to browse the store too much as I new in my head what I was looking for. Callum really put my mind at ease and I ended up purchasing the bed and mattress there and then so there was no need to go look in any further stores. Delivery slots were brilliant too. I can not wait for my new bed to arrive. I will definitely be sending my brother to dreams as he is looking at purchasing a new bed very soon too. Thanks Callum, I had a great customer experience in your store.

I was served by Joanna who was very helpful from the time I entered the store, she was knowledgable and very friendly, showing me a number of mattresses, checking delivery dates etc. The manager (who's name I don't know) was also very friendly, overall a very pleasant experience.

I have purchased beds from this Dreams branch before so decided to try here first. When we arrived we were met by Callum who introduced himself and explained the coronavirus precautions: wearing of disposable gloves, location of sanitiser, and social distancing. It felt a very safe environment. We explained our bed requirements and he immediately showed us suitable bed frames and mattresses. He gave us advice but then left us to look around. He was helpful, knowledgeable but not pushy. He was very thorough when we made the purchase, explains prices, warranties, service, etc. I was very pleased with the purchase and the service.
