We bought a mattress. We took a test to find out which type of mattress was best for our needs and were shown number of types. Our questions were satisfactorily answered which helped us make our choice.

The assistant was very friendly and welcoming and had excellent awareness of Health & Safety with COVID19. She provided excellent information and was honest in her opinion and ensured that we were provided options that were suitable rather than the "selling" of the more expensive items. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name but we were thoroughly impressed with this lady and she had the added bonus of some design knowledge that was useful as well. Excellent sales lady to the extent that we would have felt guilty going anywhere else to look at similar products. Thoroughly recommend.
