My partner and I wanted a new bed but didn't have a very clear idea of how to choose between the myriad of matresses available. We explained this to Callum who met us immediately we entered the store. He got us to answer a few simple questions and lie on a fancy piece of equipment which somehow worked out what we needed, narrowing the choice to a range of three which we went on to try out.
