We found this experience of purchasing a new bed very easy. It has been at least 15 years since we bought a new bed and we definitely needed help. We entered the store and was approached by Callum he asked if he could help I said jokingly “I want to buy a bed” surrounded by beds, he replied “ah you won’t get one here!” I immediately took a liking to him, he was extremely knowledgable, non pushy, friendly and makes a fair cup of tea! He took us to their sleep analysis machine which works out what type of bed would suit us. Then showed us various beds at various prices. We purchased the first bed we tried (after testing 3 or 4 others) along with two fabulous pillows. The bed will be delivered in approximately a month, fingers crossed we will sleep better!!

Alexandra helpful and welcoming and put us on matress predictor. The took us around all of the choices. She lstened to what we were saying and did not pressure us. Lovely coffee as well.
