Our assistant Bharat was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, it made our visit a very pleasant experience and we feel, due to Bharat’s knowledge and clear explanations, we’ve made the right purchase. Joanna was extremely efficient and friendly dealing with the finances.

When I first went into the store I was approached after around 10 minutes by Caroline. She quickly established my needs and went through my options. She had great product knowledge and outstanding service. Caroline interacted with my family who were with me. I wanted to go and re measure to make sure what I wanted was the right fit, there was no pressure at all in closing the sale which made me feel at ease. I came back into store the next day to place my order and and other staff members remembered me and my family! I was so impressed with this service, I will definitely be recommending this store and the staff. A real credit to the company! Thankyou all!
