Dreams - Watford

The assistant Amir, was extremely knowledgeable about the products, spent a lot of time giving us advise and was very friendly. Unfortunately, I have has to cancel order as colour does not match in room. When phoning Customer Services they were very helpful and understanding. I would definately return to the store to purchase a bed in the future and would recommend Dreams to friends and family.

I was extremely happy with the sales lady joanna. She helped us picking a mattress. She wasnt pushy. She was honest. We then brought a bed frame and no pressure from her at all. Lovely lady

From the moment we entered the store we were greeted by a member of staff named Simona and she offered to help us with everything we needed. It took some time to decide on the bed and mattress but Simona had all the patience and knowledge to help us make the purchase. She is a great assett to your company.

Good quality items . Staff spoke to me About what I needed and I felt they took my needs into account and not about selling me the most expensive one . He took his time and knowledge about the products

I was provided with assistance on arrival at the store, taken immediately to an area where there was an item matching what I was looking for. I was also provided with other options of similar bedsteads of which I chose one of them. I was allowed to lay on the bed as long as I wanted and all the functions were controlled for me to experience. Purchase was quick and easy and Alexandra was great and knowledgeable.
