Dreams - Watford

Amir our assitant was very patient, relaxed, understanding and totally non pushing. He helped me select a mattress which would work for my lower back and hip issues. Could not fault him. we even got a cup of tea...!

It had taken me three visits to make my mind up which product I wanted. Every time I was met with very courteous, nice people. They asked if they could help without pushing for a sale. That was what I liked. Eventually I ordered. Spoke to Joanna, Alex and Caroline. Nice helpful staff.

Friendly and informative assistant. Good range of products. Good explanation of the difference in products (mattresses) and what would suit us.

The assistant Caroline at the Watford branch was very friendly and helpful. Buying a mattress is a hard thing because you need to make sure you are buying the correct one and Carolines knowledge and experience and help made this a lot easier for us. The computer aided mattress type suggested was surprising to what we thought we needed but the outcome was right and it gave us a bigger option. Having previously purchased from that store before too we will definitely be going back for future purchases.

I was impressed with the assistance at this store, and want to specifically mention Mustafa, who was very patient with me and my indecisiveness! You are given the right level of support, if needed, and are not pressured into anything. The task of choosing a mattress in particular was very daunting but I was guided through options with useful advice.

We came to Dreams on a recommendation but with trepidation as we had previously had a bad experience with another company. Our assistant was Callum at the Watford store and the whole process of buying a mattress was made pain free. Callum was very knowledgable, he First asked us to lay on the electronic bed and then proceeded to show us all the mattresses that were recommended specifically for us. Callum was very patient and completely understanding of our needs and concerns. We weren’t rushed and in fact were allowed to consider our options with a nice cup of coffee. This was an important decision for us as I had been suffering with low back pain. In the end we came away very satisfied customers. Thank you Callum for making it a pleasant experience.
