Excellent knowledge and advice on the product I bought thanks to the store manager Mustafa and Alex the employee:)

They knew a lot about the products got us tea and coffee tested what mattress is right for me on the 3D thing . Mustafa had a very good sense of humour and told us a lot about the bed we baught and the mattress and Callum and mustafa gave us a very good price . We are beyond happy

Caroline was very pleasant and helpful and asked us lots of questions to ascertain exactly the right bed for us.

Felt welcome on our arrival , Mustafa had a lot of patience with us , showing us the function of the product we were after. The product USP was the main selling point , hence we made our decision in store and purchased the product . Alexandra completed the finance paperwork very effectively and advise us at every stage of the process.

Callum in the Watford dreams store really made the whole process of buying beds easy. We’re overwhelmed by all the choice and didn’t know where to begin. Callum made sure we tried and tested every option and reassured us of good quality with affordable prices. Explained the styles and makes. Honestly was a very enjoyable process ! Now I am excited to receive my other thank you callum

Felt very comfortable in the store, everything was very well laid out and all the beds were laid out really well making it easier to see them and to understand the differences of the mattress’ by all the labels. The sales lady (Joanna) was very helpful too and made the experience very pleasurable.

We started our service with Alexandra colleague number 260, she was really helpful, listened to our needs and showed us relevant products. She also put us onto the sleep machine bed which determines what mattress you need, Then Mustafa came to help us and he refined our search and we ended up purchasing a bed frame perfect for us, Alexandra closed the sale for us and both of them offered us a drink and gave us free pillows too. Mustafa was extremely experienced and although Alexandra was fairly new, was knowledgable and really interested in finding us the right solution. Both staff members were really helpful and not pushy, they listened to our needs and showed us an array of products that were right for us. We are looking forward to our new bed arriving!!

We really enjoyed our visit to Dreams today. We received a highly professional service from entering the shop. Not pounced on but given a minute to walk in and browse, however we were acknowledged. When we were ready for assistance Callum come over to see if we needed help, he assisted us throughout informing us of all our options. We used the sleep testing machine which was excellent (unsure of the technical name) we then tested out all our recommendations! The best fun I’ve had making any purchase !! Callum was excellent throughout, very friendly but professional. We purchased two beds and also some pillows that we did not go in looking for but absolutely loved ! Thank you Callum for a great experience we can’t wait to receive our new bed !!
