The lady that took our order was very attentive as we were trying out mattresses and once she got a feel for what we did and didn’t like she was great at guiding us to alternatives to consider.

I was extremely satisfied with the service provided by both Amir and the branch Manager Mustafa at your Watford store. They were both friendly and accommodating and ensured my needs were met. Without a doubt I would return to make repeat a purchase in the future when required.

The assistant (Joana) was extremely helpful understanding our needs and utilising the mattress machine to further assist. We were offered coffee whilst procuring the mattress and pillows, which was a nice touch.

Pleased with the excellent assistance offered by the assistant. She took time to explain all types of bed and mattresses. We were offered coffee and that meant so much as we could relax and ask questions. I was in pain so it was so important that I could sit and take my time. An enjoyable experience!

Was greeted with a lovely good morning by a sale assistant called caroline was offered a drink as we lay on the bed machine that checks what mattress we need. She was very knowledgable and answered all the questions we asked and didn't rush us or put pressure on us. Overall a very pleasant experience and ended up buying a mattress and a bed.

Staff explained me quality of all kind of beds including materials, enabling me to choose the best one.

Caroline was really helpful, not too pushy and because of this we felt she was genuine in what information she gave us.

Great service from start to finish. The shop was immaculate, and the staff were on hand to help and answer any questions. The ordering process was really quick and easy too. I would highly recommend!

We were served by Alexandra who was extremely helpful and friendly. She did not pressurise us for a sale and was helpful with requests, e.g. measurement of divan and mattress depths. We were very pleased with the service she and her manager gave us.
