Our sales person Callum was friendly and approachable from the outset, welcoming us warmly, offering us a drink and guiding us to the new bed-testing technology to determine what kind of beds would suit us. He gave us space and time to think throughout our visit, but was always close by to answer any questions and help guide. He was also very patient and we did not feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. He was also great with our 3 year old, giving her a balloon to play with and making her welcome in the store, such definitely helped our experience. Overall he was knowledgeable and thorough at all times, and showed genuine interest in making sure we had the best option for our needs.

The store was very busy but I had help from a number of staff members and they showed me the items I was interested in very quickly.

We were assisted in making our choice of bed frame and mattress by Callum who was most helpful, he approached us in a relaxed and polite manner and was not pushy or pressing. He suggested that we tried several mattresses,gave us a cup of coffee and made the whole experience relaxed.

Salesperson was very helpful and answered all of my questions in a very professional manner.

The lady who helped us in the end was fantastic. She really knew the products and couldn't do enough to help us.

We found the bedframe that we wanted. We had two mattresses in mind and Amir talked us through both. Amir advised us on which mattress to purchase.

Mustafa the store manager could not have been friendlier to me and my daughter. We were greeted on arrival and shown to the most appropriate part of the store to look at the options for her bed with a junior member of staff. After realising that the children’s beds were not going to work for us, we asked for help from a more experienced person. Mustafa himself helped us, taking time to understand the needs of a teenager - and his enthusiasm didn’t falter, even when we said we would be back at the weekend with my husband. From start to finish he made my daughter feel like a valued customer and ensured that we chose the bed that was best for her - and not just because it was easy!! A really great shopping experience

Your colleague who helped me was so nice, helpful, relatable and came across a genuinely wanting to find the right bed for me. The colleague who then helped place my order was just the same. I was with my 13 year old son and your colleague asked him questions following him helping himself to what he thought was the best hot chocolate drink he’s had. It was a very nice experience in buying something I needed with a limited budget. I bought my last mattress from Dreams 13 years ago and it was the first place I went back to in replacing it.
