Callum was very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. He spent a lot of time with us discussing the various options. Also price matched John Lewis when we said they were £100 cheaper.

As we walked in the store we were assisted immediately. We had been shopping for a bed in many years and really didn’t know where to start but within a few minutes the manager Mustapha went through our needs and we broke it down to 4 options. After choosing the base we then spent a few minutes on the test machine ... during this process the assistant Callum took over and within another 15 minutes we chose a mattress ... between the two guys we were looked after so well and they answered all our questions without hesitation . The fact that the mattress can be swapped within 30-40 days is very reassuring ...although I am sure we have made the right choice . Thank you Dream Team
