Explained what I needed as my wife is a lot smaller than me. We was recommended to try Bed match machine and was advised to get a split base soft for wife and medium for me as we explained we have a firm mattress which was painful for both of us. The recommendation was spot on as when we tried it we were both satisfied that this would be the perfect match for us as we were both comfortable and felt no pain when laying down. The advisor made us try several after finding the right mattress at a cheaper price but they were not correct for us so we did have to pay a lot of money and should get a decent night sleep when it arrives, we cannot wait as purchased the wrong mattress from the competition for £800 in May this year and was a total waste of money as we have had nothing but discomfort for the last 7 months and the advisor was highly professional and not pushy and gave us all the advice we needed when choosing the correct one for us. Would highly recommend this advisor and the Watford store for all their help and support.
