The sales person gave us space and time to decide. Very patient and friendly and offered us hot drinks as the heating in the store was broken. Great customer service!

Upon visiting Dreams my mother and I were greeted by one of the Sales Assistants Joanna. She was energetic, knowledgeable, understanding and attentive. Joanna gave my mother and I the perfect service ensuring that we found the perfect mattress. She offered us drinks and also gave us space to think about the information she provided.

Amir came to ask if we needed assistance very quickly after walking through the door. He showed us to the Tempur section when we said that's what were looking at. Amir offered us drinks and showed myself and my 8 year old son to the toilet when I asked if they had a toilet. He answered all our questions well (we had done some investigation and testing already). He allowed us time to discuss and try out different pillows and was very considerate of my son and visual impaired husband.When asked what he could with the price we left feeling that we had got a good deal.

Met by Callum and straight away were offered drinks which was a very nice touch, he was very helpful and took us through the options we could have for what we needed. We used the matrass tester machine to show us what we needed to suit our sleep which I think was very interesting as I was going to buy a soft matrass when in fact I needed a firm one. Top notch service from start to finish and I would not hesitate to recommend dreams to friends and family and will be coming back again when we need something new
