Dreams - Watford

On our first visit we were welcomed and assisted by Amir to find what we were looking for. We were offered coffee with a smile. Explanation of the items to meet our requirements was available. There was no hard sell - much appreciated. When we returned to place an order we were recognised with a greeting. Amir dealt with us as speedily as the IT equipment allowed and when we left thanked us for our order.

Last mattress which was in store and I was travelling a distance to collect it. The assistant checked it was the right item twice and made sure I could pay over the phone and it was kept to one side. I went to the store and showed my card, had help to my car and left. The whole process was seamless. Would highly recommend.

we couldn't fault Dreams, this was the first shop we viewed, the staff were very friendly & helpful & not 'pushy'. We wanted to look around other outlets in the vicinity & the chap was fine with this. We only wanted a replacement mattress but found other stores either didn't have what we were looking for or tried to sell us a complete bed, so went back to Dreams. The staff are a credit to the company nothing was too much trouble & the communication from the company was first class - we even brought the delivery forward by a couple of days. The delivery was spot on & very pleasant efficient guys, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend the store/company.

The staff at Watford are incredible... so kind, friendly and helpful. They all assisted with picking a new mattress for my daughter, made me aware of conjoining offers and gave service with a smile. I’ve had bad experiences in home shops before, so I was more than pleasantly surprised when this experience was as warm and welcoming as it was. Will be recommending Dreams in Watford to all my friends and family!!
