Very good assistance and very tailored to my needs

We have visited Watford Dreams store and were assisted by Callum. Were offered to do the test on machine to see what mattress would be suggested for us, were offered drinks, then were showed the mattresses we were interested and even gave us pillows to understand the difference. Was really nice as we struggled to chose right mattress so Callum help was really useful and didnt feel no pressure to buy more expensive product. Placing the order was really easy, Callum explained us every detail and answered our all questions about warranty and how the mattress will arrive, how to prepare old one. We were served very quickly and with machine help we chose much faster the mattress, otherwise we would probably spend 2-3h wondering in the shop trying to figure out what we want. Really pleased. Thank you

The sales team were interested in my reasons for moving and why I required a new bed, found out my pricing and did not pressure me in any way to exceed it. They worked hard to find a very good value for myself!

From the moment I went into the store I was offered help but refused at first because I wanted to lie down in various beds until I needed assistance, I was asked at regular intervals if I needed help but not over persistent, in fact at perfect timings and when I wanted question answered The was 100% there for me! The whole process of choosing, purchasing and fixing delivery was outstanding and professional! I am a returning customer and it is because the same reason as my first visit - perfect customer service!
