Dreams - Watford

Wanted a sofa bed for guest room. Dreams had what we wanted. Had the one we wanted in the show room so we could have a proper look at it. Sales person was very helpful.

We was impressed with the large range and option of beds and mattresses on offer with clear info and prices. There was, no nonsense friendly advise by knowledgeable and well mannered members of staff who were keen to help us find the bed that suited our needs.

The sales colleague and manager were both extremely helpful and understanding. Very friendly store made us feel truly welcome and at ease.

I was very impressed with the sales advisor Amir, he was very friendly and helped my wife and I to choose the right bed for our back ailments. He made us a cup of tea. When my wife said she had a neck problem, Amir recommended a Therapur Anti gel pillow. Amir also found a pillow for me by Tempur cool pillow,which was purfect for me.
