Everything went smoothly and was really easy . Very pleased with the whole process.

When we arrived at the Watford store we had a look around and was greeted by Callum. I explained that my wife and I were not having a good night sleep with our current bed and wanted to invest in something special. After a short while of chatting, he showed us some Tempur mattresses. He guided us to the mattresses measuring facility. During this time he just left my wife and I to chat, try beds and find one suitable. He was exceptionally knowledgable and told us to take as long as we wanted. After all, £3000 is a lot of money. After about an hour, we made a decision. We sat with where he offered us drinks, he explained everything about the process, we discussed the warranty and even decided to purchase Tempur pillows. At no time during this process did we feel pushed into anything. He is a credit to your company. I even spoke with the Manager as we left as I am in the retail sector and I know how important it is for someone to receive positive feedback. I will most certainly recommend Dreams to my friends and family and specifically to the Watford store and Callum. Thanks Callum. You’re a star.

Served by Amir, very approachable and knowledgeable. He gave us time to try different mattresses and discuss our requirements for bedding and pillows as well. He knew what he was talking about, good personality and lovely with my daughter too! Made quite a labourious task (shopping where my husband is concerned) a light hearted and easy experience so big thank you to him.
