Caroline in your Watford branch was really helpful and understanding. She used the bed analysis machine to find the correct level of mattress needed. She understood monetary constraints which was great. Hopefully I have found the correct mattress for me. Thank you for her help.

I wasn't sure what mattress I should be getting until talking it through will a really helpful member of staff who then took me to the mattress finder where it goes through all the pressure points and takes into account your sleeping positions.

Caroline was very helpful from the moment we walked in. I especially loved the technology bed to help me find the right mattress for my back issues

Joanna was great, wasn’t going to buy a bed today but I feel in love so I bought it. She has only been working at dreams @Watford for 2 weeks. She was amazing, so helpful she knew what she was doing. She really helped me find the right mattress for me. She is a keeper! Only came on here so I could write a review about her.
