at first i was approached by a male member of staff who did not seem interested in the questions i asked. at one point he even walked off. i was about to leave the shop when i was approached by Stacy, lovely polite and interested in my requirements. she showed me the different types of mattress and also printed up a copy of the details of the bed i was interested in. i returned to the shop a few days later to pay for my goods.stacy was not in shop, bbut i was dealt with by another lady. again polite; considerate and attentive.

Shah was really helpful and made me feel comfortable and secure in making my bedding selection.

From entering the shop with two small boys and the service and engagement received I was delighted. They paid equal attention to myself and my children. We were offered food and drinks however a glass of water was sufficient. Thanks to Tyrone for making my shopping experience an enjoyable one

The assistant was very helpful and friendly. The assessment at the beginning was helpful to know that you will choosing the correct mattress. I just found the whole experience very pleasant.

We were welcomed by sales assistant Callum as we walked in. He said me a few questions about what I was looking for. I wanted a new mattress as the one I have causes me pain as I have severe back pain and needed a firmer support. He suggested two that he thought would be the best match, I tried them. Then he took me over to the mattress machine to get the best match possible and explained how it worked and the technology behind it. The results were the two mattresses he had suggested at the start, shows he know what he was talking about. I tried the two again and found the perfect one for me. Just before taking me over to the computer to place the order I was looking at a bed I had always wanted, crushed velvet, beautiful, Callum showed me the storage under the bed and the strong make up of it, solid not slates. Decided to add the bed to my order along with two pillows and a mattress cover. Can't wait for it to be delivered!

When entering the store we was greeted straight away, as I ruffly knew what I was looking for it made our time at dreams easier. From start to the end of the sale was handled very professionally but our sales person that was helping us. Cannot wait for my mattresses to be delivered in a few days.
