Quick pleasant service. Only issue was the cleanliness of the machine used to show the right mattress for you.

Mustafa who served us was both patient and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to assist us, and found a solution we were happy with.

From arrival to exit was a great experience. Not pounced on straight away, but asked if assistance could be offered, then your excellent scan facility was offered to suggest suitable mattresses, a great addition in our view. A great mix between assistance and space to have time to consider options, the guys at Watford Fran and Mustafa were excellent knowledgeable ambassadors for your store

Welcomed by a member of staff as we entered the store. The help and advice we received was excellent, we was not rushed or pushed into buying something we didn't really want. We were offered a Tea or Coffee while we were finalizing our order. We were offered a delivery date to suit us.

The assistant, Caroline, was not pushy, pointing out the styles we had in mind and knew the stock. When we hesitated over the colour immediately she was able to show the actual headboards with the material/colours. So without “following us around” we made up our minds. Caroline went through our order and stated delivery date quickly and thoroughly. We left the store in good moods.
