Dreams - Watford

From start to finish the experience was pleasant. We were met by attentive and friendly staff. We had the pleasure of being tended to by Tyrone French. He was excellent and assisted us with our needs. We quickly briefed Tyrone and he stuck to that brief and budget and did not try to focus our attention on higher value items which is refreshing in any sales environment! We had a budget and he stuck to it. Can't fault the experience and even learnt a thing or two which should improve my quality of sleep.

The staff (calam) were very helpful and quick as we had our two sons with us. Outstanding service. Also the coffee was good too. Huge thanks to Callum and his team for looking after us.

The gentleman that was helping us had fantastic knowledge of the items on offer and listened to what we were looking for. Was also very friendly and patient as our 2 year old son run amok in the store!

The staff were fantastic! Callum & Tyrone spent quality time explaining everything, chatting, entertaining our grandson when he got grumbly. Over we felt like the whole store was ours & our decision & satisfaction was extremely important.

Upon arrival we were greeted by the wonderful Stacie. We gave her a clear idea of what we were looking for and she delivered! Not once did we feel any pressure sales from her, she was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, friendly and came across very genuine. We also had interaction with the other staff working that day and they were all incredibly friendly and so polite.
