We were greeted by both Callum and Darren initially, who gave us time to just have a look around before then taking the time to get to know what we were looking for, they weren't pushy, answered our questions, provided thorough knowledge of the products and were honest about delivery times. They made the experience very simple to the point we will be coming back in a few months to purchase our next bed from them. Thank you!

Friendly and helpful salesperson. Answered all our questions. Never pressurised us. Haven’t got the bed yet so can’t comment on that but so far so good.

The assistants helped us when we needed it but did not pester us. They gave us useful advice when needed. The store was clean and easy to see what was on show.

Quick and friendly service. We got an order placed for the item we wanted within 10 minutes of entering the store. The staff were friendly and helpful.
