Caz helped us in every way possible. Great approach from her, warm and friendly, offered us drinks showed me the main way to find out which mattress I need. Overall everyone was very friendly and we also got given a fan to use due to the hot weather.

we had a very pleasant shopping experience, which is difficult with two lively 6 year olds! Usually we cannot concentrate properly on what we are trying to achieve! We were able to actually look properly while the children were given a balloon each by Callum and surprisingly they sat quietly on a bed near us while the computer mapped our weight distribution. I felt the children were safely being watched long enough just to concentrate for a couple of minuets, and I could see them near me. we were offered drinks and made to feel relaxed and all the staff were friendly toward us and the children. best shopping experience with the children, it was a dream!!

We were dealt with promptly upon arrival. The member of staff was courteous and very knowledgeable and the whole process was very efficient.

The sales assistant was highly knowledgeable of the products available to suit our needs and was very friendly and helpful. We bought the perfect mattress to suit our bodies and then proceeded to buy a new bed frame and headboard while we were in the store. Probably one of the best customer experiences I have had and far superior to Benson’s Bed Centre which I also visited on the same day.
